Yes. Each apartment is furnished. Living rooms feature a sofa and a coffee table. Kitchens include barstools, quartz countertops dining table and chairs, a large sink, garbage disposal, and stainless-steel appliances (cooktop, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher). Bedrooms come with a twin-xl bed and mattress, desk, chair, and storage. Full bathrooms include a heated towel warmer. Additional apartment features include USB outlets, engineered soundproofing, and hospital grade ventilation.
What are the available floor plans?
2, 3,4,and 5 bedrooms.
Is parking available?
We offer indoor bike storage, but no car parking.
Are pets allowed?
No

Calhaus is a 7 min walk to UC Berkeley. It is easily accessible by foot, bike, bus, or car.

Responsive and respectful in-house staff at Panoramic Management. We also manage Panoramic Berkeley--a UC off-site housing with 97% Cal students.
